ACC Committee

Purpose
The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for ensuring that WoodFarm HOA standards are met.
Please login to HOA Services Inc. portal and follow the directions on the website - go to ACC, please fill out the form completely, include any supporting files/documents, and hit Submit. The ACC Committee will get in touch with you as soon as they have reviewed it.

Communications Committee

Purpose
The goal of this committee is to increase communication among our neighbors. The communications committee is responsible for the monthly newsletter and sharing important information from the board. This committee, together with the Board of Directors, is also responsible for the maintaining of the Wood Farm HOA Website.

If you would like a broadcast message to be sent to the neighborhood, please fill out the form on the Forms tab. All correspondences will be reviewed and approved by the board before being sent.
Events Committee

Purpose
The purpose of this committee is to propose and execute various events for the neighborhood.
We pride ourselves on providing a wide variety of events for the neighborhood. We rely on our members to provide the support for these events and their success.
Please visit the neighborhood calendar regularly to stay up to date on the goings on of the neighborhood.
Lawn & Garden Committee

Purpose
The purpose of this committee is to regulate and reward the beauty of our neighborhood's landscaping.
Each month, a property will be chosen as Yard of the Month. This award will be designated with a yard sign and a post on the website.
In addition, each Halloween and Christmas, a property will receive an award for holiday achievement.
Pool & Pond Committee

Purpose
The purpose of this committee is regulate and maintain the pool and pond as they are the centerpieces of our neighborhood.
If you would like to rent the cabana please fill out a form under the forms tab. Please make sure to check the HOA calendar in your portal to see when the pool cabana is rented.
Welcoming Community & Welfare Committee

Purpose
The goal of this committee is to welcome new neighbors to our neighborhood and provide support for our existing members during their times of need.
