Pool Rules
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
No pool parties
No alcohol anywhere on HOA property
Pool hours:
- Sunday-Friday: 7am-10pm
- Saturday: 7am-11pm
No food at the pool. State & local health codes do not allow food at the pool. See rules and regulations in the Covenants tab for information regarding number of guests allowed at the pool.
DO NOT open the gate for someone that says their card doesn’t work or they forgot.
The Pool is for Wood Farm & the Cloisters Homeowners and their guests ONLY. Guests must be accompanied by at least 1 Homeowner.
The online reservations for the cabana are located at www.hoaservicesinc.com. There is a $75 refundable deposit and a $75 fee for renting the cabana.
